Caring for your tape-in extensions
Shampoo & Conditioner
- Embrace volume and color care shampoo
- Avoid formulas containing oils & silicones
- Apply conditioner from the mid-shaft down, avoiding your scalp and extension panels to prevent slipping.
Blow dry
Press your extension panels while blow- drying to reinforce the bond. Start with a power dry on panels and scalp before brushing through.
Brush
The key to a tangle-free, gorgeous mane. When wet, support your extensions by holding the panels as you detangle from the ends up.
Protect
- Use a silk pillowcase
- Protect from chlorine and saltwater by using a leave-in conditioner
- Tie up in a ponytail when swimming
- Avoid sunscreens with Avobenzone and Octocrylene
